What are the issues you’re facing?
If you are experiencing:
Staff turnover and burnout on your team
Clients leaving against medical advice
Difficulty with client length of stay
Challenges with ins. authorization
Less than desirable treatment outcomes
Conscious Recovery is here to support you with staff trainings, books and workbooks for your clients, and group curriculum.
Most clinicians are trained to focus on symptoms and behaviors, but little attention is given to the power of deeply attuning to their clients. In this sacred space of authentic connection, clinicians can better understand their clients and help them get to the root causes of addiction and mental health concerns, while also addressing the underlying trauma, shame, spiritual disconnection, lack of worthiness, and other factors that underlie maladaptive behaviors. This is not only a more effective approach for clients but is also energizing for clinicians which helps alleviate burnout, overwhelm, and compassion fatigue.

This workshop is equally beneficial for counselors, techs, and therapists new to the field as well as to those with decades of experience. In this interactive workshop, your staff will learn how to help clients access their inner-wisdom and heal from multiple layers of unresolved trauma, spiritual disconnection, and the toxicity of shame.

A Testimonial with Discovery Behavioral Health
We are thrilled with our partnership with the SUD division at Discovery Behavioral Health. Conscious Recovery has been successfully integrated into all of the DBH substance use programs nationwide. In this video, Jeremy sits down with Joe Tinervin & Jen Carvalho for a conversation about the advantages Conscious Recovery has provided their treatment programs.
“Woodward has a way of boiling down things down into practical approaches. Honestly, this training is better than what I learned in my graduate program. It’s typical for professional education to be delivered through long winded and nauseated fiddle faddle that clinicians tend to yammer on about – Woodward cuts through all the naval gazing and delivers clear and concise practices and perspectives that should be at the core of any clinicians approach.”
